This is how the kittens explore. Their leashes are staked in the ground, see pink,
they have enough lead to explore and get into the rv if they want or need to.
Sun eating a saguaro.
From Gilbert Rey we drove down to Why, Arizona and spent two nights, so we could go see Organ Pipes National Park. The road to Why goes through some of the most beautiful saguaro forest and I have a love affair with this particular cactus but I won't post all the pictures I took, I promise.
Most saguaros hold their arms up to the sky.
Some are rebels and have to do things differently, like me I guess.
Then we have Crested Saguaros.
They figure that there is one crested saguaro for every 10,000 cactus.
Spotted this beauty along the road, and there was a place to pull off the road.
On to some pictures of Organ Pipe cactus.
Now how did this group of saguaros get in here? Actually there are
more saguaro in the park than organ pipes.
Not the best picture but I thought is was interesting.
Saguaro growing in an Organ Pipe.
After we left Why we traveled down the road about 10 miles and met up with the Boondockers in Ajo for a few nights. We're in Yuma now parked with some Boondockers on Arizona Land Trust area in the foothills.
See you later.
