Weston Pass

We did a day trip up through Weston Pass which is between Leadville and Fairplay, CO.

Weston Pass is the headwaters of the South Fork of the South Platte River.  We saw many wondrous things.

That snow you see in the background is at the top of the pass and the
very top of the headwaters of the South Fork of the South Platte River.
